www.epa.gov/owow	Council of Large Aquatic Ecosystems is chartered to support and promote EPA's implementation of Large Aquatic Ecosystem programs and encourage collaboration within EPA programs and external partners, especially states, to help protect and restore large aquatic ecosystems.
www.epa.gov/owow	EPA's National Estuary Program was established by Congress in 1987 to improve the quality of estuaries of national importance. The Clean Water Act Section 320 directs EPA to develop plans for attaining or maintaining water quality in an estuary.

Works to make catch shares management the standard for U.S. fisheries, give consumers the tools to select healthy, eco-friendly seafood and protect important ocean habitat.
oceans.nrdc.org	Natural Resources Defense Council (NRDC) uses law, science and the support of 1.2 million members and online activists to protect the planet's wildlife and wild places and to ensure a safe and healthy environment for all living things. One of NRDC’s top priorities is to revive the world’s oceans.
